On December 1st, "Nadle gave trump until 6 p.m on Sunday, to advise the committee on whether he would attend the hearing, and indicate by then who would be his counsel". The president didn't want to show up until Nadler told him that he needed to go. This shows how trump is really bad about getting accused and how he is getting impeached. I believed that he is securely abusing his power, because of how he had work in the presidential position.

The Impeachment of Trump
Recently on November 26, 2019, The house of representatives judiciary committee has told Donald Trump that he was going to get his first impeachment for Dec.4. Many people want Trump to get impeached, there is a lot of conflict within the citizens. According to the article " U.S House judiciary panel invite Trump to December 4 impeachment hearing," that have accused trump of "abusing his power by withholding $391 million security aid to put pressure on the vulnerable U.S ally to interfere in an American election by digging up dirt on his domestic political opponents". This article shows that they against Donald Trump, and how they dislike him.

I think that he will be impeached, but it really depends on what congress and the house of representatives. I remember Mr. Stewart talking about how the senate republican majority is unwilling to let Trump leaving office when there were circulation of him getting impeached before and he didn't. Although they say that he is going to get impeached Dec 4th, there is a possibility that history will repeat itself.
ReplyDeleteI do think that it is a possibility that he will be impeached, but it is extremely unlikely that he will be removed from office. People who oppose Trump also need to be careful that he will not be reelected due to people thinking that democrats are unfairly attacking him. We need to remember that there is still a lot of people supporting Trump, I think ~40% of the US currently approving of him. I think that it will be very difficult to make sure that he does not go into office for another term.
